Our Story

COBie Data Cottage is built on more than two decades of experience supporting the AEC industry. Since 2004 we have helped architects, engineers, contractors and facility managers deliver accurate project data across every major sector including transport, health, education, government, commercial and complex infrastructure.

The mission was simple — free people to do higher-value work while our team completes the repetitive COBie, metadata, Revit tagging, QA and FM handover tasks that modern buildings demand.

The turning point came during a late-night call from a client overwhelmed by COBie deadlines and Practical Completion pressure. They needed help. We built a service that removes that stress completely. Today, 87 percent of our work is repeat business.
